Is It Hard To Get A Real Estate License?

Getting a real estate license is challenging, but with the proper training, motivation and attitude, it’s very attainable for everyone! For most people, their home sale or purchase is the largest transaction they will ever make and as a real estate agent, they’ll be trusting you with it!

How Long Will It Take?

All can be done in as little as 3 weeks; however, many people will take several months to complete training and that’s fine! To summarize, you will need to complete the 90 hour course, 6 hour Contract Writing Course, pass a school exam and a state final exam. How Much Math Is On The Arizona Real Estate Exam?

This is probably the number one concern for most of our students. However the math is no where near as intimidating as most think. First and foremost, we understand that different students will have different math skills and proficiency. According to the official content outline, there are 12 Math Calculations On The Arizona Salesperson Exam (out of 180 questions)

What Types Of Math Do I Need To Know?

The real estate exam requires basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Also, memorization of 43,560 square feet in an acre  and 5,280 feet in a mile. 

Can I Use A Calculator On The Arizona Real Estate Exam?

Yes! A simple calculator (and scratch paper) are allowed during the exam.
