36 Credit Hours In 4 Years
36 Hours Of Georgia Continuing Education, Must Be Taken every 4 Years. Unlike many other states, the renewal month is not based on the date your license was issued. Instead, it is the last day of the month that your birthday falls on.
Note, this CE is independant of the first year, 25 hour, Salesperson post license requirement.

The renewal period end date for a Georgia real estate license is the last day of the agent’s birth month, every 4th year.
What are the first year Georgia Salesperson post license requirements?
Georgia requires all newly licensed real estate salespersons to complete a 25 hour approved post licensing course, within a year of becoming licensed. This is not part of CE and does not count towards your CE.
