Refund policies for enrolling in our AZ realty school
Refunds
Arizona Real Estate Online Salesperson & Broker Courses (Includes Packages & Plans)
- A $25 processing and cancellation fee will apply to any and all refunds to cover the cost of processing and administration fees.
- All refunds must be requested within 30 days of initial payment.
- Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)
- No refund will be issued if 4 or more sessions are completed
- Students will receive 6 months of access to their course(s)
- Any coupons issued as part of a package or plan will be voided immediately
- No extension or continuations are guaranteed but may in some cases be allowed if approved by the admin and are good for a period of 30 days only
Contract Writing Course/Live Virtual Group Tutoring Session
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of initial payment or scheduled class date.
- Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)
- Students may not request a refund after attending any part of a live course
- Students will receive 6 months of access to their course
- No extension or continuations are guaranteed but may in some cases be allowed if approved by the admin and are good for a period of 30 days only
Arizona Continuing Education & BMC Online
- All refunds must be requested within 7 days of payment
- No refunds will be given if any course certificate is issued
- For CE or BMC packages (courses purchased for a bulk discount), individual courses will not be refunded. Only the entire package will be. Then students may repurchase individual courses as needed
- Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)
- Students will have 24 months to complete continuing education course(s) and BMC(s).
- All courses are single use, meaning they may only be taken once and are not perpetual in any way
- There are NO extensions ever for any CE purchase
- User is responsible for uploading their certificates for credit
- American Realty Academy is not responsible for lost certificates
- Certificates can not be replaced by American Realty Academy
- Certificates may be withheld, denied, invalidated, or revoked if identity verification is incomplete, inconsistent, suspected to be fraudulent, or if we reasonably determine that impersonation, account sharing, false photo submission, or other integrity-related misconduct occurred.
- Where a certificate includes a student photograph or other identifying information, the student is responsible for confirming that submitted information is accurate before final issuance
Other Policies

Students will receive 6 months of access to any courses purchased except for Continuing Education & BMCs, which will provide 24 months of access.
- If a student purchases a course extension beyond 6 months, the course extension fee is not refundable and is good only for a 30 day period upon approval by the School Administrator(s)
- If a student purchases an extension without first verifying that they are eligible, their extension will be fully refunded and their enrollment will NOT be extended.
- When a course number expires, we will alert all users to this upcoming expiration and that course MUST be completed and the certificate generated before the State approval date ends – this means your certificate MUST be uploaded to ADRE before the expiration date
- We can NOT re-enroll you into a new CE course if an old CE course is no longer valid or approved by the State of Arizona
School Course Extension Policy
(Only Applies To Arizona 90 Hour Prelicense & Broker Prelicense Course & Plans. Does Not Apply to Continuing Education Or Other Courses).
1) At the school’s discretion, a student may extend their time for study by another 30 days at a cost of $99. Included in the extension are the 90 Hour Salesperson Course and, if originally purchased, the Contract Writing Course.
2) We may have to move you to a new/updated course(s) or a new platform where you will have to start any or all courses from the beginning again. This is due to the fact that the material changes, platforms change or other school changes may have taken place. You can verify if this will occur before purchasing an extension by contacting the school.
3) The opportunity to extend is not a guarantee. American Realty Academy ultimately decides if we are able to honor the 30 day extension and this extension offer can be revoked at any time.
4) An extension is only allowed if the student is within their original 6 months of their date of expiration, whether that be the original expiration date or a modified one from a previous extension. (This means you have 6 months AFTER you’ve expired to extend).
5) American Realty Academy will NOT be responsible for the student’s progress carrying over or repopulating in cases of extensions and we can not override the systems to bring your progress over from another platform or course.
6) Students are responsible for tracking their expiration deadlines.
7) Students who do not finish and this includes testing and passing their school final exams within the extended 6 month timeframe may be allowed to extend again but the aforementioned items above will carry forward.
8) All users understand and accept these policies and procedures and by continuing, express their consent electronically with their continuation.

School Final Exam Proctor Fees
Student will be responsible for cost associated with taking the school final exam, including any additional proctor fees at school Approved Testing Centers.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
