Refund policies for enrolling in our AZ realty school

Arizona Real Estate Online Salesperson & Broker Courses

(Includes Packages & Plans)

A $25 processing and cancellation fee will apply to any and all refunds to cover the cost of processing and administration fees.
All refunds must be requested within 30 days of payment.
Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)
No refund will be issued if 7 or more sessions are completed
Students will receive 6 months of access to their course(s)
Any coupons issued as part of a package or plan will be voided immediately

Example: If you start session 3 and request a refund within 30 days of payment, you will be entitled to a full refund, less a $25 processing and cancellation fee to help cover our costs.

Contract Writing Course/Live Virtual Group Tutoring Session

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of payment and before your scheduled class date.
Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)
Students may not request a refund after attending the course.
Students will receive 6 months of access to their course

Arizona Continuing Education & BMC – Online

All refunds must be requested within 7 days of payment
No refunds will be given if any course certificate is issued
For CE or BMC packages (courses purchased for a bulk discount), individual courses will not be refunded. Only the entire package will be. Then students may repurchase individual courses as needed.
Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)

Students will receive 6 months of access to any courses purchased except for Continuing Education & BMCs, which will provide 24 months of access.

If a student purchases a course extension beyond 6 months, the course extension fee is not refundable.
