Refund policies for enrolling in our AZ realty school
Arizona Real Estate Online Salesperson & Broker Courses
(Includes Packages & Plans)
- A $25 processing and cancellation fee will apply to any and all refunds to cover the cost of processing and administration fees.
- All refunds must be requested within 30 days of payment.
- Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)
- No refund will be issued if 7 or more sessions are completed
- Students will receive 6 months of access to their course(s)
- Any coupons issued as part of a package or plan will be voided immediately
- Example: If you start session 3 and request a refund within 30 days of payment, you will be entitled to a full refund, less a $25 processing and cancellation fee to help cover our costs.
Contract Writing Course/Live Virtual Group Tutoring Session
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of payment and before your scheduled class date.
- Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)
- Students may not request a refund after attending the course.
- Students will receive 6 months of access to their course
Arizona Continuing Education & BMC – Online
- All refunds must be requested within 7 days of payment
- No refunds will be given if any course certificate is issued
- For CE or BMC packages (courses purchased for a bulk discount), individual courses will not be refunded. Only the entire package will be. Then students may repurchase individual courses as needed.
- Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s)
Students will receive 6 months of access to any courses purchased except for Continuing Education & BMCs, which will provide 24 months of access.
- If a student purchases a course extension beyond 6 months, the course extension fee is not refundable.
