You will need to contact the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) to determine your eligibility.  We do not work for the state, so we can not speak on their behalf.

If you meet the requirements and are seen as an AZ resident, then you can skip the 90 hour course. You will still need to take a contract writing course, obtain a fingerprint clearance card, background check, and disclosures. Currently, the Arizona Department of Real Estate is only having out of state agents test on the AZ portion. There are 110 questions for the Arizona portion of the Pearson Vue exam.
