How To Get A Real Estate License In Texas

If you are new to Texas or have lived here awhile, you will notice something. Everything is bigger in Texas, and this means your earning potential too! So what do you need to get your real estate license in Texas?
To start: You must be at least 18 years of age, be a US Citizen or have the legal rights to work in the US. Assuming you have these qualifications met, you now have to endure 180 hours of education from an approved provider in the State of Texas. You may want to order a fitness determination to determine your ability to pass the Texas Real Estate Commission qualifications if you have any prior convictions.
Once you pass the 180 hours of studies with a grade of 70%, you can sit for the Pearson Vue exam which the State of Texas uses to administer their real estate exams. After passing the Pearson Vue exam and submitting your fingerprints, you are eligible to apply for your license to earn!
