Step #1
Be 18 Years Of Age
The Louisiana Department Of Real Estate requires agents to be at least 18 years of age and have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED).
Step #2
Complete All 90 Hours Of Instruction Online
Complete all 90 Hours of online instruction in Louisiana real estate education.
Step #3
Submit Application to the LREC
Submit your application to the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to be approved to take the Salesperson Exam.
Step #4
Pass The Licensure Real Estate Exam (Offical Exam)
*This is the official exam and must be taken at an official testing location.
