Step #1
Be 18 Years Of Age
The Kansas Department Of Real Estate requires agents to be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or the equivalent.
Step #2
Complete All 60 Hours Of Instruction Online
Complete all 60 Hours of online instruction, with 30 hours taken on real estate principles and 30 hours on real estate practice.
Step #3
Submit Application to the KREC
Submit your application to the Kansas Real Estate Commission.
Step #4
Pass The Licensure Real Estate Exam (Offical Exam)
*This is the official exam and must be taken at an official testing location.

Activate Your License With The Kansas Department Of Real Estate!
