Working with foreign buyers can be beneficial and enlightening for real estate agents. This course is designed to assist agents in knowing how demographics & ethnicities play a role in AZ’s real estate market. The goal of this course is to educate agents on how to better serve their community by becoming a more educated agent.
As a real estate agent, taking continuing education courses by now probably seems mundane. At American Realty Academy, we want to change that by creating content that not only meets AZ state requirements, but is also useful to you.
This course will give you three hours of credit for the “agency law” category and is approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
