Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements
To become a salesperson in Wisconsin, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Coursework: Complete one of the following educational paths:
- 10 academic semester hour credits in real estate or real estate-related law from an accredited institution.
- Complete a 72-hour pre-license program for Salespersons approved by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS).
