The State of Vermont requires agents to be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Vermont.

Complete All 40 Hours Of Instruction Online

Complete all 40 Hours of online instruction in Vermont real estate education.

Step #3

Pass The School Final Examination

This is a school exam and is seperate from the official state/national exam.

Pass The Licensure Real Estate Exam (Offical Exam)

*This is the official exam and must be taken at an official testing location.

Find A Sponsoring Broker And Submit Your Application

Find an active brokerage to get sponsored by & contact the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation to activate your license!

Step #6

Complete Your Posting Licensing Requirements

8 additional post license classroom hours must be taken within 90 days of becoming licensed
