To become Salesperson in South Carolina, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Coursework: Complete 60 hours of Unit I Salesperson pre-licensing course and 30 hours of advanced real estate principles (Unit II).

1. Complete Required Education: Finish 90 hours of pre-license education (Unit I and Unit II).
2. Submit Application: Apply for the exam through the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.
3. Pass the Exam: Schedule and pass the salesperson exam.
4. Background Check: Complete a background check including fingerprinting.
