South Carolina Real Estate License Requirements
To become Salesperson in South Carolina, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Must have completed high school or equivalent.
- Coursework: Complete 60 hours of Unit I Salesperson pre-licensing course and 30 hours of advanced real estate principles (Unit II).
