To become a salesperson in Pennsylvania, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Coursework: Complete 75 hours (5 credits) of basic real estate courses from an accredited college or an approved real estate education provider.
