Oklahoma Real Estate License (Provisonal Sales Associate) Requirements
To become a provisonal sales associate in Oklahoma, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Must have completed high school or obtained an equivalent (GED).
- Coursework: Complete a 90-hour pre-license course from an approved provider.
- Background Check: Must undergo and pass a background check through IdentoGO.

- Complete Pre-License Education: Enroll in and complete a 90-hour pre-license course approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC).
- Submit Application: Apply for the license online through the OREC portal, including proof of course completion and the application fee.
- Background Check: Schedule and complete a background check through IdentoGO.
- Examination: Upon application approval, you will receive an email from Pearson VUE with instructions to schedule your exam. The exam includes both national and state-specific questions.
- Pass the Exam: Pass the real estate salesperson exam administered by Pearson VUE.
- Obtain License: Once you pass the exam, you will be issued your real estate salesperson license
