Montana Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements

To become a salesperson in Montana, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Coursework: Complete 70 hours of pre-license education approved by the Montana Board of Realty Regulation.
