Indiana Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements

To become a salesperson in Indiana, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Coursework: Complete 90 hours of pre-license education from an approved provider.
  • Examination: Pass the Indiana Real Estate Salesperson Examination.
  • Background Check: Pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check.
