Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements
To become a salesperson in Georgia, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Coursework: Complete 75 hours of pre-license education from an approved provider.
- Background Check: Pass a criminal background check.
- Residency: Must be a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident alien, or a qualified alien under federal immigration law.
