To become a salesperson in Florida, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Coursework: Complete 63 hours of pre-license education from an approved provider.
• Background Check: Pass a criminal background check.
• Examination: Pass the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam.
