Be 18 Years Of Age
The Florida Department Of Real Estate requires agents to be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Step #2
Complete All 63 Hours Of Instruction Online
Complete all 63 Hours of online instruction in Florida real estate education and pass the school final exam.
Step #3
Pass The Licensure Real Estate Exam (Offical Exam)
*This is the official exam and must be taken at an official testing location.

Activate Your License With The Florida DBPR!
Contact the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) to activate your license!
Step #5
Complete Your Post Licensing Requirements Within 18-24 Months
45 additional post license classroom hours must be taken prior to your first license renewal.
