The purpose of this course is to give a clear understanding of Economic Opportunity Zones to real estate agents. We discuss the laws surrounding these zones, their creation, benefits and real life scenarios based here in Arizona.
As a real estate agent, taking continuing education courses by now probably seems mundane. At American Realty Academy, we want to change that by creating content that not only meets AZ state requirements, but is also useful to you.
This course will give you three hours of credit for the “RE legal issues” category and is approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
