Specific course created for licensed agents who RESIDE or live outside of Arizona and DO NOT intend to live or move to Arizona. Yes, you can have an out of state brokerage now – and YES, as of 2025, you can have a statutory agent be your “place of business.” So the good news is that if you want to own, manage, start, or take over an existing brokerage in Arizona, you can do that by obtaining your “BROKERS LICENSE” and applying to the State. Note, you must be, however, an active agent for 3 of the last 5 years, and be in good standing with your current State.
