The school test was harder and definitely prepared me for the state tests. The state tests were not too hard. The knowledge was there for me. It was taking the test that was a challenge. I really needed to focus on not changing answers. I also started with reading the answres first on the second try of the General Test and the Arizona Sales one I had alrwady passed first try. Reading the answers first and then reading the ACTUAL question after, not the whole thing, was very helpful for my test anxiety. There is so much unnecessary information in the questions, so focusing only on the actual question, was instrumental in my passing. Honestly, it wasn't too hard. Just obnoxious with crazy wording and my severe test anxiety. I felt very confident in the knowledge aspect of it. Thats why my first General test was so insanely frustrating that I was one question from passing. But that test stressed me and I changed a lot of answers. The next one that I did immediately after that, I changed tactics and passed easily! Definitely focus on the ACTUAL QUESTION and dont let the overwhelming amount of useless information distract you. Picking out the answer before reading anything, really did help!

I got exceptionally great help from one of the online tech supporters. I wanted to renew my courses, but due to the gap, I was unable to proceed. They issued a refund to my account. I did not receive the refund as expected. I then communicated with them again, and they let me know they weren't sure why that had happened. After a few emails back and forth, I asked if there was a way that I could possibly get the renewal amount for a new course altogether. The representative who helped me was so kind and patient with all the questions I asked. They allowed me to get the renewal and had access within a day or two. As the communication varied on when I was able to respond. I received the course on March 6th, and I am currently on Module 4. So far, the material is understandable. When it isn't, or I have questions, I go to AI to give me examples of what the material is referencing so that I have a better understanding. Overall, though, everything has been amazing. Also wanted to give a shout-out to the representative who helped me. I very much appreciate you and all that you do. I know customer service roles can be hard at times, and I want you, as well as anyone else in customer service, to know that I am thankful for you and appreciate you all.

The ARA online lessons are clear and easy to follow and the questions in the lessons and videos closely resemble that of the Pearson Vue exam, while relevant to the real-world situations easily digestible and applicable. I hesitated in the beginning whether to go with ARA due to a few negative reviews but I am glad I did. Overall, it was a smooth learning experience that I would definitely recommend others. What I found the most helpful are the Pre-Recorded Tutoring Videos, Jeff goes to great length to make the concepts simple to understand, even more so, applying his personal experience are both effective and fun. I had to go through the course three times before I could confidently take the exam, but when I did, I passed both the school exam and the state exam on my first attempts. You’ll have to dedicate yourself, but if you do the work, you will pass. One thing I will say though, is that you’ll definitely need to get compucram. They tell you it’s optional, but you’ll need to get it if you want the best chance to pass, and that’s going to be an additional expense, but it’s worth it for the practice exams.

Take this course if you want to pass the exam on your first try! I used a blend of the online American Realty Academy course & Compucram simulated exams to help me prepare and passed both the school exam and state exam on my first attempt. Jeff, the course instructor, really helps to condense all of the information from the Real Estate book into digestible information that's easy to understand. Not to mention, this course is less expensive than some of the others which is a plus. Between reading through all the course material modules, taking the comprehensive exams the school provides, & getting additional prep from Compucram, it made passing a breeze. The ARA team also responds quickly should you have any questions on the material, which I greatly appreciated so you have support all along the way. I would highly recommend both of these tools when studying.

I'm an avid reader so probably read faster than most, which was great because I could go through the classes taking more time where I needed it, and run through what I knew quickly.
