Once passed, you will be issued an official school graduation certificate.

Step #4
Complete The Broker Management Clinic (BMC)
Arizona requires all broker candidates to complete a 3 part, 9 hour long Broker Managment Clinic. This is the same course that is also required for continuing education. This effectively completes our Broker license program.

Arizona Real Estate Broker Classes FAQ
What experience is required to obtain an Arizona real estate broker's license?
ADRE requires, for an original real estate broker’s license, at least three years of actual experience as a licensed real estate salesperson or real estate broker, during the five years immediately preceding the time of application.
What is the difference between an Arizona Salesperson and Broker?
Simply put, Arizona Salespersons work for a Broker and all transactions must go through that broker. For instance, a salesperson may orhcestrate the entire transaction, but all money and commissions will be paid through their broker. While many choose to stay salespersons their entire career, the salesperson license is also the first license an Arizona real estate agent will obtain. A broker license requires additional experience of at least 3 years. Once a broker, you may manage yours and/or other agent’s transactions.
How long is the Arizona real estate broke course?
The core Arizona real estate broker course is 90 hours long. Additionally, all broker applicants must take a 9 hour Broker Management Clinic.
How old do you have to be to get a real estate broker license in Arizona?
Regulations require you to be at least 18 years of age. However, that would be difficult as you must have 3 years experience as a Salesperson to apply to become a broker and the minimum age to become a Salesperson is also 18 years old.
