The ARA online lessons are clear and easy to follow and the questions in the lessons and videos closely resemble that of the Pearson Vue exam, while relevant to the real-world situations easily digestible and applicable. I hesitated in the beginning whether to go with ARA due to a few negative reviews but I am glad I did. Overall, it was a smooth learning experience that I would definitely recommend others. What I found the most helpful are the Pre-Recorded Tutoring Videos, Jeff goes to great length to make the concepts simple to understand, even more so, applying his personal experience are both effective and fun. I don’t know how true some of the less than positive reviews are but I really enjoyed taking my course through ARA. Jeff offers a wealth of knowledge transforming the overwhelming learning into easy chunks. Because of that, I was able to pass the exam the first time. Thank you ARA and Jeff!!!

I had to go through the course three times before I could confidently take the exam, but when I did, I passed both the school exam and the state exam on my first attempts. You’ll have to dedicate yourself, but if you do the work, you will pass. One thing I will say though, is that you’ll definitely need to get compucram. They tell you it’s optional, but you’ll need to get it if you want the best chance to pass, and that’s going to be an additional expense, but it’s worth it for the practice exams.

Take this course if you want to pass the exam on your first try! I used a blend of the online American Realty Academy course & Compucram simulated exams to help me prepare and passed both the school exam and state exam on my first attempt. Jeff, the course instructor, really helps to condense all of the information from the Real Estate book into digestible information that's easy to understand. Not to mention, this course is less expensive than some of the others which is a plus. Between reading through all the course material modules, taking the comprehensive exams the school provides, & getting additional prep from Compucram, it made passing a breeze. The ARA team also responds quickly should you have any questions on the material, which I greatly appreciated so you have support all along the way. I would highly recommend both of these tools when studying.
