The ARA online lessons are clear and easy to follow and the questions in the lessons and videos closely resemble that of the Pearson Vue exam, while relevant to the real-world situations easily digestible and applicable. I hesitated in the beginning whether to go with ARA due to a few negative reviews but I am glad I did. Overall, it was a smooth learning experience that I would definitely recommend others. What I found the most helpful are the Pre-Recorded Tutoring Videos, Jeff goes to great length to make the concepts simple to understand, even more so, applying his personal experience are both effective and fun. I donโ€™t know how true some of the less than positive reviews are but I really enjoyed taking my course through ARA. Jeff offers a wealth of knowledge transforming the overwhelming learning into easy chunks. Because of that, I was able to pass the exam the first time. Thank you ARA and Jeff!!!

I just started this course and so far, I am in love! It holds my interest, it is laid out in various ways to help retain the information given, and it is to the point minus extra fluff. I love how what you need to know is accentuated so there is no doubt the things that you must understand and deposit in your brain bank. This course is outlined marvelously and though I have not gotten too far in, thus far, I am learning things other courses have not presented nor touched on. I hesitated giving a 5 star as I had to use prepagent and hogan videos to help me grasp/understand concepts that were difficult for me with the way material was presented in the course. I also used compucram heavily to prep for the state exam. I passed the state exam on first try today so I would say this course helped me be successful but I definitely needed outside resources.

I had to go through the course three times before I could confidently take the exam, but when I did, I passed both the school exam and the state exam on my first attempts. Youโ€™ll have to dedicate yourself, but if you do the work, you will pass. One thing I will say though, is that youโ€™ll definitely need to get compucram. They tell you itโ€™s optional, but youโ€™ll need to get it if you want the best chance to pass, and thatโ€™s going to be an additional expense, but itโ€™s worth it for the practice exams.

Take this course if you want to pass the exam on your first try! I used a blend of the online American Realty Academy course & Compucram simulated exams to help me prepare and passed both the school exam and state exam on my first attempt. Jeff, the course instructor, really helps to condense all of the information from the Real Estate book into digestible information that's easy to understand. Not to mention, this course is less expensive than some of the others which is a plus. Between reading through all the course material modules, taking the comprehensive exams the school provides, & getting additional prep from Compucram, it made passing a breeze. The ARA team also responds quickly should you have any questions on the material, which I greatly appreciated so you have support all along the way. I would highly recommend both of these tools when studying.

I decided to use American Realty Academy for my pre-license education to become a Realtor in AZ. The courses were fantastic and allow you to go at your own pace. I'm an avid reader so probably read faster than most, which was great because I could go through the classes taking more time where I needed it, and run through what I knew quickly. I love self-paced courses! They are incredible with answering questions quickly and truly mean it when they offer to help (indicated throughout the program). I was incredibly prepared for the exam through their comprehensive materials and passed both the school exam and the State exam on my first attempt! Coming from a completely different industry (20+ years in healthcare), all of the terms and concepts were very new to me, but the format of the courses gives you everything you need to understand a new world. Lastly, Jeff (the owner) is a kind and caring man looking to help everyone succeed. I appreciated EVERYTHING American Realty Academy has given me to feel confident in this new adventure.

The online class is well designed, great layout and provided an excellent learning experience.
