favors the bold, you get out of it what you put into it and the clichés go on… However they hold some truths to your future as a real estate agent. While you cannot control market conditions or always “make the sale”, it’s important that you create a plan of action before leaping into your new career. What “sphere of influence” do you currently have? Friends, family, co-workers, etc. Make sure that they know that you’re now licensed and ready to help them buy or sell their properties. This is the 1st step in identifying your niche market. If you haven’t heard enough clichés, here’s one more, “there are riches in niches”. So don’t ignore the clichés, start planning and take control of your future success in real estate.
