Alayna Kowaleski Is A Real Estate Agent At Brokers Only of Arizona, Elite Group

What are you doing now since you’ve graduated?

Along with another strong agent, we created a real estate team where we can both focus on our strengths in Arizona Real Estate. Since obtaining my license a few months ago, I have one closed sale in Anthem and 3 listings, all 3 of which are pending.

It’s been a quick learning experience but specializing in the NoPho or North Phoenix move-up buyer market has really helped align us with the right buyers and sellers!

What has been your biggest transaction so far or how many transactions have you done since getting your license?

1 closed sale at $330,000 and 3 pending sales; $475,000, $331,000 and $418,000.

What marketing tool has worked best for you when it comes to bringing in clients?

Networking & Specializing . . . I’m out there trying to meet people, being myself and always being optimistic.

What advice do you have for people considering becoming an agent or for students who just got licensed?

Don’t try and become an expert overnight. Passing the exams is one thing, but working in real estate is different than any text book. Every client is different, their homes are different and that makes it exciting!

How did the school’s program/Jeff help you to pass the Pearson Vue exam and be successful as an agent?

I listened to him. The schooling was great, but when we did the live pass prep classes, that is where I feel I learned the most.
